FACETING MACHINE
( I ) '3D' DOUBLE PLATE TYPE |
This faceting machine is most suited for a medium size production unit of Faceted Stones. All types of shapes can be faceted on this machine. Six operators can jointly complete the faceting operation.
Two operators facet the stone on 1200 Grit Diamond Lap and four operators polish the faceted stones by using polishing plates made of
Copper/Aluminum /Tin with the help of Diamond Powder.
The stone to be faceted is mixed on Brass Drop Sticks with the help of some suitable glue and is used with a accurately marked angle
support (Facetor). Moving part of the Facetor of made of Phosphor Bronze thereby providing long lasting life of the
facetors. The complete machine is folding one and is fixed on a sheel frame with a wooden top and proper light arrangement.
